As the 1960s passed, back in 1963, and in view of the fruits of his entrepreneurship, he converted his sole proprietorship into ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A., thus accompanying the growth that prevailed in the country in those years. Works such as Aluar in Puerto Madryn, Hilandería Tipoiti, the metal structures for the electrification of the Roca Railway were milestones in the history of ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A.

At the beginning of the 90s, despite its leadership as a manufacturer of large metal roofs and structures, it was very difficult for ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A. to sustain the pronounced growth rate achieved up to that point, in the face of an unstable economic policy.

In December of this year, after extensive negotiations, a technology transfer agreement was signed between ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A. and VARCO PRUDEN INTERNATIONAL. A spin-off and merger process creates MILLER BUILDING S.A. which later, and due to the signing of the Joint Venture agreement with the American firm, changed its name to MILLER VARCO PRUDEN S.A.

ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A. It was ranked number 72 in the ranking published by Mercado Magazine, in July 1997, and 5th among the most profitable companies in Argentina, in the steel and metallurgy sector, obtaining the “Invertir” award that year. It was demonstrated that ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A. was a leading company in the construction market for Metal Structures and carried out its works applying traditional construction systems, but the demands of the market in the “time – price” equation determined the transformation that it had conceived and achieved. In October 1997, the new Industrial Plant began operating, under the company name MILLER VARCO PRUDEN S.A., with personnel whose training was carried out in the United States. This merged company will be in charge of manufacturing the metal structure with state-of-the-art technology and the company ESTANISLAO MILLER S.A., with its experienced personnel, would be in charge of assembling the works whose construction was being carried out by MILLER VARCO PRUDEN S.A.

Once the joint venture agreement with Varco Pruden International has ended, we have continued to grow, obtaining a new generation of high quality structures, taking advantage of the acquired machinery and the applied technology to position ourselves among the main companies capable of competing internationally, thus MILLER was founded. BUILDING INTERNATIONAL S.A. betting on the future based on tradition and solidity.
