General characteristics of standard sheds

Porches (primary) - Two alternatives:
  • Electrowelded profiles with double "T" section with full core.
  • Shaped profiles type "double C".
Belts (secondary):
  • Profiles made of "Z" and / or "C" type steel sheet that are fixed to the beams by means of bolts and receive the roof deck panels and side enclosures.
Roof Cover - Two Alternatives:
  • Trapezoidal wave panels in galvanized (zinc-plated), prepainted or aluminized steel.
  • Standing Seam Roof (S.S.R.) type panels in galvanized (zinc plated), prepainted or aluminized steel.
Side Enclosures:
  • Trapezoidal wave panels in galvanized (zinc-plated), prepainted or aluminized steel.
Lighting - Two Alternatives:
  • Fiberglass reinforced sheets.
  • Polycarbonate lucarnas.
Fixing Elements:
  • Roof deck panels and side enclosures are attached to the purlins using self-tapping screws.
Zinguería:
  • Plain galvanized or aluminized steel sheet with a natural or prepainted finish, according to the following pieces: gutters, funnels, corner pieces, ridge and droplets.
Thermal insulation:
  • On the roof cover and side enclosures, a 50mm thick glass wool insulation with white polypropylene foil can be placed on the lower face. This is located between the panels and the metal straps held, in the case of the roof covering, by a tensioned mesh.
